Detective Haika

Umm, no, they are not the main characters. It just that, this is a really old anime. It's around 1994 or so. So it don't really have much large and good pictures. Well, it's about Chacha, a magician, Seravy's pupil who have a best friend named Riiya. Dorothy, who happens to be Seravy's rival (and also lover in the end of the story, they become couple... somehow...), want to be the best magician and thus she tries everything that will drop Seravy's power and tends to bully Chacha. At the same time, Chacha happens to meet Shiine. He's Dorothy's pupil and he's in love with Chacha, while Riiya and Chacha seems to like to be with each other but didn't know the meaning of love, they're still too young, so the three of them just become bestfriends.

The three of them attend the same school, who seems to have such unique students and not forget to mention the weird teachers. Even the headmaster is weird. It really have some good comedy where you can't stop laughing, it's incredibly silly. It have many stories, they have the time at school, where they fight, after graduation and Seravy & Dorothy's wedding.

It also have OVAs. The OVAs more silly and you will really burst out of laugh. Note that you shouldn't be eating or drinking while watching this or... you know what.

Well most of the laugh come from the pictures. I don't really remember any quote for this.
